With the trumpeting of the conches, the bride and the groom arrive. Drums beat and ritual hymns escort the bride to her groom, on the nuptial ground. The choir welcomes them there and the ceremony is further carried out by the Head Priest.
Reception Arrangements
After the ritual is over, all the guests participate in the reception or the “Kava Ceremony”, organized in the honor of the couple. The wedding feast is arranged on the beaches, where the guests raise their toast to the newly married couple. This event ends in a mouth-watering banquet presented by the resort.
